Include an upload button

Hi,

I am an XNAT user and I came accross with this GUI and I liked what I saw. Are you still maintaining this repository? I'm interested in using this application in the future to integrate it with an analysis pipeline that I'm developing.

If you're still developing this, I'd like to suggest that you include an "Upload" button where the user chooses a folder or zip to upload to the selected Project and Subject.

Hi @JSousa-UoL, this is a nice idea; I built this in preparation for a migration to XNAT within my institution, although this has taken much longer than anticipated, so this project has not seen much use (as far as I'm aware).

Upload is supported by the underlying xnat library, so I can't imagine that this would be much work to implement. I might be able to commit some time to it when we do move to XNAT internally; otherwise PRs are more than welcome!

Hi @pauldmccarthy , thank you so much for replying early to this. I'm surprised I only found this project now because I have been using the xnat python library. I always thought I should write a GUI, but even though it seems like a simple idea, a GUI always takes a lot of development time and I'm glad this already exists.

It would be great if you had some time to have a look at this, but I will have a go myself and submit a PR if I'm successful. I have code to upload, but I'm not very experienced with GUI development, so this is a good opportunity for me to be honest.
