IE11 scroll Issue #91
Description
Works in IE Edge - but issue is in IE10, IE11 - when a user mouses over the drop-down list they cannot select an option as it disappears. I've downloaded newest version and still the same issue occurs. When max height is set to show scroll bar issue occurs after click on the scroll bar.
