[Bug][Responsive][Navbar] Inconsistent alignment, pill-style buttons, and menu order shuffle on mobile

Problem:

• Navbar items are not aligned properly: some are centered, others are pushed to the end.
• "Home, About, Components" buttons look oversized/pill-shaped compared to the rest.
• On mobile view, "FAQ, Forum, Contact Us" shuffle and appear in an inconsistent order.

Expected:

• All navbar items should be consistently aligned and styled.
• Buttons should have uniform design.
• On mobile, navbar should keep items in correct order (or use a hamburger menu).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://project-vault.vercel.app/ in desktop and shrink width below 768px OR open on mobile.
2. Observe navbar spacing, style, and order.
