in short I am wondering why isn't all of this project's code merge into bootstrap itself? Is it because merging into bootstrap is done piece by piece at its own pace, e.g. after code in this repo is tested and stabilized, and this plugin was needed to have an instant solution for those who don't want to wait for merging everything into bootstrap?
If I am correct above, is there some status page saying what is already merged to bootstrap and what is intended to get merged next?
