Problem with stock Converter

[X4n01]

convert-o-tron 125 (maybe 250 also) is not dissapating heat when in smaller scale and overheats. When modified save file to normal size it works correctly. Mods installed :

[X4n01]

Core Temp model is only scaled upwards.
quick fix disable ModuleCoreHeat in ScaleExponents.cfg :
