Make archiving automatic

It would be nice to make archives automatic. To do so we would have to update way of downloading files from geo namespace.
Steps:
1. Download archive.
2. Download files that were modified/added to that namespace.
3. Archive this folder and add to s3.
4. Create docker that can do that.
