[pull] How does project should look like

The old version of pephubclient was downloading only csv file. I think it's not the right way
There is few ways we can download project:

1. Create folder and separately download yaml and csv file
2. Download zipped file and unpack it
3. ?

The approach that is used now:

1. Creating new folder
2. Creating separate config and sample file
