[Question] Whether Copy happen when dst of tokens to be sent is its current rank

Thanks for the amazing work which get me learn a lot!

If the dst of tokens to be sent is its current rank, would the copy operation in the intraNode dispatch send method execute? In my view, I see the code didnt distinguish the case. Am I missing sth?
