Compile on MacOS (arm64)

Trying to find a command-line unsmile, ended up trying to build this one on MacOS arm64.

easily fixed

error: unknown argument: '-MMD'

Removed.

error: error reading '/Users/dblock/source/libsmile/lib/.decode.lo.d'

etc.

Maybe someone has a working Makefile?

Install gсc:

 brew install gcc

And make via:

make CC=gcc-15
make php CC=gcc-15
