AMWG tool not working since February/March updates

A quite general issue. After the major update of last February/March to accommodate various output configurations, the AMWG tool is not working. This issue is to track progress.

First part (casting EC-Earth output into a format ready for comparison with observations) is working on cca. See 44eb19a. Note that these are serial computations, it takes about 30 min to process a 2-year coupled simulation at standard resolution (T255L91-ORCA1).

In case any tried AMWG on cca but got no diagnostic dir: before, got monthly .nc files produced ok, though no diag. dir. The original conf_amwg_cca.sh has (at line 52):

Uncommenting export RHOST+ setting the following worked for me (diag+history dir. created):
export RHOST=""
export RUSER=dujm
export WWW_DIR_ROOT=""
The last above creates the diag dir. where the amwg dir is.
