Issue when restarting SPAMASSASSIN

When i finished the upgrade and it is trying to restart Mail services including SPAMASSASIN it fails

i tries to fix it myself by reinstalling SPAMASSIN from PSA installer - which was successfull - but not working when i tried to use ./debian11to12 --resume
