[BUG]: Wrong documentation for showspikes

Description

The documentation for showspikes says:

Determines whether or not spikes (aka droplines) are drawn for this axis. Note: This only takes affect when hovermode = closest

But, it also has an effect when hovermode = "x". In general, the documentation for all things hover* are a mess.

Please correct the documentation.
