Release automation does not work for load-cookie.html #186
Description
Starting with version 1.14, PUC releases are not going through the previous Appnexus process, rather they are directly published to NPM with Prebid's own automation.
This is relevant for the html pages that are built as part of PUC: because jsDelivr uses text/plain as the content type when serving HTML, they cannot be used directly by clients. If those files ever change, Appnexus (and possibly other parties) need to deploy them themselves.
