New bling

Just noting is down here so won't forget.

Now that the new bling is done, it also causes some jankiness to the *-cli ujust.

The old Bling script sourced the Brewfile straight in the script and installed the brew packages needed. Now with the new bling, it only adds the needed sourcing of the bling stuff to your bashrc/zshrc.

So we had to add this to make sure the ujust bluefin-cli / aurora-cli also installs the brew packages.

Now the issue is if we run the ujust again and disable the bling (so it removes the source line from rc) but it then again installs the packages (even as they are already installed).

So it would be much better that the sourcing of the cli.Brewfile would happen in the ublue-bling script, like it did before.

so the old ublue-bling, checked the /etc/ublue-os/bling.json where it was names bluefin-cli or aurora-cli. Now that the brewfile name has changed, that should change to "cli".

But the new ublue-bling doesn't check this at all
