Activity log item across month boundary is double-counted for both months #779
Description
When an activity log item starts at the first day of the month before the "New day starts at" time (5:30 by default) and ends after it, the activity shows up on both the last day of the previous month and in the first day of the new month, causing the total hours to be double-counted for both months.
Here's an example, with a Nov 30 entry that is counted for both November and December:
