Issue with capabilities and user role management plugins like "Members" plugin or "User Role Editor" plugin

If you have the Members plugin or User Role Editor plugin installed the ConnectWise menu item from forms > settings disappears and if you go to these plugins to try enable access their is no option. So currently if we want to use this a user roles plugin we can't get ConnectWise to work with out disabling the user role plugin.
