CW not showing feeds after API Setup

I've installed the plugin and configured the CW settings in Gravity Forms and reset the CW setting for the API twice with two different keys. Yet when I go to the GF settings the for the form I want to hook up to CW, in the Feeds section, it directs me to configure the CW settings. Note: I am using the company ID that is used at login. How does one test the connection? or debug why the feeds aren't showing? Thanks for your help.

I turned on the logging function and reviewed the debug report and see this error message.
"code": "Unauthorized",
"message": "Incorrect or disabled client ID"
I am using the clientID that is used to sign into the client portal of CW. Is there another ID that needs to be used or set up?
