[Connectwise] Ability to choose member in the ticket note

As a client, I want to be able to select member for ticket notes so that it doesn't show default member.

Exit Criteria

• Add a member list dropdown in feed setting for ticket note section
• [Bonus] see if we can change assigned by and entered by in the Additional Details
• Let james knows when the feature ready
  Additional Note

A client don't want his account to appears in the ticket note section.
