[ConnectWise] Ability to set global defaults

As an MSP, I want to be able to set global ConnectWise defaults so that my integration is more effective.

Exit Criteria:

• Add a new section on the ConnectWise Settings page just under the Private API Key field with the heading "Global Defaults"
• Add a field to set catchall company "Catchall Company"

Notes:

I'm not sure if we want to do this yet but a client requested so capturing the request.
Create text field to set value for catchall company, In case client need to use other company for catchall.
