Define wallet interfaces

Need to define the minimal interfaces for a wallet to connect with CO2.storage, and add assets / types / provenance. Increasingly, developers are interested in contributing by writing their own wallet interfaces and we should make this process as easy as possible.

Wallets we've gotten specific requests to support:

• Blade (Hedera)
• Zum (XRP)
• Quantoz (team is interested in working with us, this might be more of a platform integration)

Others that would be useful:

• Valora (Celo)
• Wallet Connect (multi-chain)
• Keplr (Cosmos)
