Yealink V70 T2x minor errors

The Yealink V70 T2x files have a few remaining "pretty quote" issues in line_keys_27.json and line_keys_28.json on lines 11 and 14 in each. Looking at the commit history it seems most of those were caught when those files were added but these few seem to have slipped through.

The T27 is also missing from $model_suffixes in phone.php.

Both of these issues are caught by the unit tests.
