Per Dimension rules & Keep Hunger?

would it be possible to add a config option to choose specific DIM that the plugin works in and/or alter the code a bit so that if the player is killed by another player they drop everything

would also potentionally like a setting for it to keep players hunger level when they die since alot of players just kill themselves whenever their hunger is low in survival servers to reset their hunger instead of eating
