Change Slack notifications to not display PR commits #101
Description
The current Slack integration with this repo doesn't allow us to pick which commits to notify on Slack. Currently, the integration pushes PR commits and the final GitHub pages branch commit. One possible solution is to disable the current integration and move it to the CI process. Only on the final commit when the GH Pages are updated do we push the notification.
