Telemetry server integration #22
Description
Since the Kivy app will no longer be receiving most sensor data, we need to integrate with the Telemetry project to display our information for us. This is at the very least a feed config and a frontend config file.
Listed as part of 1.1 since we don't want to regress in functionality.
