Get spp working

Hi, i have seen this in your library and i'd like to test this.

After pairing, i don't get connection in BTSerial App.

And i can't see any methods to read or write spp.

Is it possible for you to extend the library for SPP?

I committed some corrections to provide SPP support for IDF >= 5.0.0.

If the default configuration is not fitting you might also need to change it by calling set_spp_config(esp_spp_cfg_t)

depended by my low coding skills, i have added few lines for callback. i mean cllback is working.
mode CB is inside the BluetoothA2DPSink.cpp, because ihad trouble to set the cfg with set_spp_config(esp_spp_cfg_t).
but the connection fails again, like screenshot above.
