Download the "Executable" folder and you are ready or download the C file and compile it using a compiler
When you execute the program, it will start running in background. All action can be done by the tray icon. start/stop server, show/hide console, exit from program. Use the android app for the control.
The only thing you have to do is to press the buttons to send the commands on your pc or add application/websites in applications.
