Issue details
When a resource is marked as missing, it is not clear to users that this is the result of upstream. For example, azure-native:security:IngestionSetting was removed in a minor version, and is still in the azure documentation ARM API, though it has been removed Azure/azure-rest-api-specs@7ca0321. It would be helpful to users to more clearly communicate the cause of the changes as they are visible on release notes in some places.
