Cant clear EEPROM

Im trying to clear the eeprom of my pro micro (for corne keyboard) but it throws an error (COM port not found!)

Im trying to clear the eeprom of my pro micro (for corne keyboard) but it throws an error (COM port not found!). I have followed the steps:

1. reset left side keyboard from pcb button.
2. once its enabled, click clear eeprom button

but it throws one of two error messages:
COM port not found!
or
avrdude.exe -p atmega32u4 -c avr109 -U eeprom:w:"reset.eep":i -P COM5
