Display preview domain on `quant deploy` completion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After running a quant deploy generally a user likes to see the end result. At present this requires them having knowledge of the preview domain, or navigating to the UI to find the link.

Describe the solution you'd like
After running quant deploy it would be a nice quality of life improvement for the preview domain link to display.

Equally it would be nice to display when running quant info.
