   over a network, you must release your modifications under the same license.

2. Commercial License
   For use cases where the AGPL-3.0 terms are not suitable — such as
   proprietary modifications, closed-source integrations, or offering this
   software as a managed service — a commercial license is available from
   Qubernetic.
