Expected Behaviour
Following the system of .dan , with a main toc and the links functionalities, create a vim plugin that facilitates the taking of notes,
For instance by pressing a keystroke or :setTitle 'MyTitle'' would do the <B=23> MyTitleWith the FIGlet included , and put it in the main toc. Also do an:dropLinkTarget 'someText'will drop a<I=23#1>' and will copy to the clipboard a <L=23#1>someText</L>
