feature: Create a Minimal Docker Container for Use vim-dan

Note: This may end up becoming into small new repository

Current Behaviour

In order to use vim-dan , you need to :

• Install vim
• Download the plugin vim-dan
• Download each ready-docu , with its tags file

Expected Behaviour

• Create a deployable Docker Container , in which you give in your arguments the documentations you are going to need, this container will have a minimal install of vim to just enjoy the full features of vim-dan
• Use Web Assembly to deploy this container easily on a Web Browser, so you could Run vim-dan on a Tab enjoying the fully features of it (keyboard integration)
