Shift clicking to multiple select does not work in "Collections" tab

Describe the bug
This might be a feature request and not a bug... let me know and I can move it appropriately.

I had multiple folders. I wanted to "hold shift" + click to select all the folders in between the previous and current selection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hold shift to click on first folder in collection. This turns things into check boxes.
2. Hold shift to click on the checkbox for the next folder in collection. This only highlights the two clicked on folders and nothing in-between.

Expected behavior
Upon second shift + click, all folders in between are selected.
