Restore the drop-down auto-suggest list on File Explorer Tags

MANY people sorely miss this capability.
One of my PC's is still on Windows 10 because I frequently need it.
Would it be possible to add this now-missing feature to Windhawk?

(I tried to suggest this yesterday, but am new to this site and don't think it successfully loaded)
