Issue with bundle install, required repository doesn't exist #60

Description

@odin-sec

While attempting to install Warvox I encounter the following error
`
remote: Repository not found.
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/hdm/reportable.git/' not found

Retrying git clone 'https://github.com/hdm/reportable.git' "/home/ubuntu/.bundle/cache/git/reportable-57a2f42bc9aa5cc5320c9bf030d195e144de8aef" --bare --no-hardlinks --quiet due to error (2/4): Bundler::Source::Git::GitCommandError Git error: command git clone 'https://github.com/hdm/reportable.git' "/home/ubuntu/.bundle/cache/git/reportable-57a2f42bc9aa5cc5320c9bf030d195e144de8aef" --bare --no-hardlinks --quiet in directory /opt/warvox has failed.`

It's clear this error comes from the repository no longer existing on HD Moore's Github. Can this be replace with a different repository?
