Layout/design issue/inconsistencies on some lower APi levels

Steps to reproduce

Android 5.1

Some language icons don't appear correctly:

No outlines around profile images at all:

On TV, random red buttons (also note that this happens across all themes):

Wrong/inconsistent icon color on particular icons in settings.

The only other one this happens on is the AniList icon.

Android 7.1

Most of those issues are resolved and no longer happen, but one other issue happens now.

Profile picture outline on homepage looks odd (note at this point it only happens on homepage and looks fine on the one in settings)

All other issues I already mentioned exist in A5.1 are fixed by A7.1.

Note I created this as one issue because it was easier for me to track and make as one issue but I can split for the different issues if you want. I just happened to find these issues when I was testing on many different API levels for another one of my PRs. Its also possible most of these issues are already known and won't be fixed or something just doesn't support fixing it, but thought I'd make this issue anyway.

As it's actually an emoji i would guess

• The default emoji font misses some emoji flags 🏳️
• Bug interpreting the emoji. So i would try to include a normal space after the emoji

No, I believe the old TextView simply could not render some emojis. I would label this as an upstream issue, and not something we should or would fix in CloudStream.
