Cannot add Webdav sync source

It seems impossible to add a Webdav sync source on a fresh installed KyPass Infinity 1.0 Build 10702 (iPad Air 13", iPadOS 18.2).

After entering URL and credentials the server connection is fine and it is possible to browse the folders. However, after hitting "Ready" ("Fertig" in German), the pop-up dialog closes but no new Webdav connection is shown. The "enable Webdav" switch is turned off again.

It's not only a problem of adding new WebDav resources - already synced databases on existing devices are gone, too. Seem WebDAV is broken.
