Modernize Redis Insight pages with consistent image-card layout

- Convert all Redis Insight download links to use image-card shortcode
- Update /develop/tools/insight/ installation section to use 3-column grid layout
- Convert /operate/redisinsight/install/ table to modern 2x2 image-card grid
- Add constrained width (max-w-2xl) to download cards to prevent full-width stretching
- Maintain all existing functionality while improving visual consistency
- Add proper descriptions to all installation option cards
- Ensure responsive design with mobile-friendly layouts

This creates a cohesive, modern appearance across all Redis Insight documentation pages while maintaining the existing navigation structure and external links.
