Does this project let me use a Linux machine instead of an esp32 for Bluetooth proxy with homeassistant?

Use case:
I have 3 wifi router with OpenWrt installed around my house as access points. these routers habe built in Bluetooth. I'd like to install a Bluetooth proxy server on these wifi routers to be used by home assistant connected to the network.

No. I found it much easier to buy USB Bluetooth dongle to use in the routers USB port. Then I use USB over IP to mount the device to my homeassist VM.
