Improve sass and templates inclusions

Due to the new design #34 based on a new theme, the SASS and templates are a mess..

The new theme didn't use any variables on the SASS code.. 😢
And the templates are included in strange ways..

Anyway, it's working for now, but if someone have the motivation to refactor/improve it, it could be great! 😄
