Also, while I'm at it: One of the themes of Risk-First is the value of telling stories to help manage risk. With that in mind, I would really like to start a series of short videos where I get people along to talk about some of their software development stories - things that went wrong or crises averted - that kind of thing. I think anyone who's been working in software for a certain proportion of their lives will have at least one remarkable war story. Drop me a comment if you'd like to get involved - it shouldn't take more than half an hour of your precious time. cheers! |

Hi Everyone,
The second edition of the Risk-FIrst Software Development book is now in Beta, being published by the Pragmatic Bookshelf!
This is a huge upgrade from the first edition, and about two years of many wasted weekends (in the wrong way).
I try not to spam this group too often - people find riskfirst.org when they need it - but I would LOVE it if people could interact with / like my LinkedIn post.
You will also be able to get a free copy of the new book via this link - go check it out!
