Automated database population/test scripts

Apparently, making model changes (db? etc?) requires DB migration and re-adding test entries manually. This is an obvious pain, and it would be beneficial to development efforts to have automated/scripted DB population with test data.

I don't really remember since it's been so long, but just some sort of db migration support.
