Does not seem to render HDR

When looking at pictures loaded in Chrome and the same picture loaded in FlyPhotos, the is a visible difference of the rendering on pictures with high contrast.
Picture was taken with Pixel P9 Pro.

How does Microsoft Photos app display it? [for most formats, Fly uses the inbuilt codecs to convert file to pixels, even though rendering tech is different]
Do you have a sample image to test or lead me to a sample online?

When I downloaded, I got a jpg file. And I see no big difference between chrome and Fly's rendition of the photo.

Yes, i understand.. I researched on that. I don't have access to an HDR monitor as of now.
Can you just check with Windows Photos app on how that looks?
