Tabular reports

Create the ability to render data sources to a tabular resource. Render elements provided by an SQL resultset to a tabular table that is responsive to the size of the screen.

The data source should define the following table sections

1. Header (Providers column information for all the rows)
2. Body (Table results)
3. Footer (A summary sections that will list aggregated data)
