New "fork" of this gem #1

Description

@bobf

Hi, Robert. I created a new gem rightmove_blm which is technically a fork of this gem but I have overhauled it so much that I don't think it makes sense to make a PR, so I created a new gem instead. I have credited you on the GitHub page and included your original MIT license with your name listed as an author.

The new gem has all the functionality of yours with a couple of extras (e.g. can generate new BLM files from Ruby primitives).

I also made a couple of tweaks to the parser as I found your gem failed to parse a couple of BLMs I encountered in the real world.

Overall the gem is still pretty basic but I wondered if you might want to add a link to your README or, if you are willing, add me as a maintainer to the gem on RubyGems.org so that I could sync the two gems (and potentially retire rightmove_blm).

Anyway, will leave for you to decide what to do (if anything). Am happy to discuss other options if you have any other ideas.

Cheers
