[FEATURE] Version control integration #78

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we manage many textual configs in this BB. It would be nice to be able to manage them with version control directly without needing to also upload them directly.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should implement a GitHub integration similar to the one we are building on the Core BB here rokwire/core-building-block#358. We may want to find a way to create a library that contains the bulk of this integration work so it can be reused across the Core BB, this BB, and potentially others in the future as well.
