Fix index error for the application configs collection

We are receiving the following error when try to deploy the service on dev env.

We may be able to shorten this index, however it is worth noting that this length restriction has been removed as of MongoDB 4.2 (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/limits/#mongodb-limit-Index-Key-Limit)

Hi @petyos, do you know if the database update ever took place? If so can we re-enable this index? If not, should we try to find some other way to get this to work without hitting that length limit or should we check again about updating the dev database?

Hi @shurwit , as I know Dan McGrath is working on it. But we could also apply a fix if it is just a simple one to have smaller index name etc.

Hi @petyos, I believe we can re-enable this index and close this issue now that we have migrated to the new dev database. Let me know if you have any concerns about re-enabling this index without changing it. Thanks!
