[FEATURE] Send post notification only to the creator of the post

In Groups when a new reply is created then send a notification only to the creator of the main post (not to all group members)

Update 2024/05/08:

I re-open this issue because there are problems that are reported in #2938. Here they are:

We tested this in 6.0.14 with a post in a Group. There are two issues:

1. When a person replies to their own post, he or she should not get notified. Currently they are. (Jake posts and then replies to the thread, he should not get a notification about his own reply.)
2. When people reply to the post, the original poster does get notified as expected but the other people who have replied to the post do not get notified and they should. (Jake posts and then I reply. If Jake replies too, I should get notified about his reply.)
