In catalog contributions create and edit page, the deployment form fields should be dynamically displayed with respect to the radio button "Deployment location - internal or external".
When Deployment Location is "internal" display Docker image name (required only if internal deployment), environment variables, database details
Move API base location field up (before radio button)
Acceptance Criteria
Form fields are displayed dynamically based on the deployment location radio button.
