Error running a simulation

If I run a simulation even with default parameters, sometimes it just crashes and sometimes it reports an error about not being able to find a file, like this:

Warning in gzfile(file, "rb") :
  cannot open compressed file '/tmp/RtmpB0oJxw/sims_MESS65693db459de.rds', probable reason 'No such file or directory'
Warning: Error in gzfile: cannot open the connection

Thoughts?

This error is expected for any tab except the "Neutral" tab. Does this happen for neutral simulations?
